Mixed Key Lime Fire Hot Sauce
Mixed Key Lime Fire Hot Sauce
gourmet pecan wood smoked hot sauces
This sauce is a smokey, but bright hot sauce to
be used whenever you would use a hot sauce.
A little goes a long way!
A Very Little goes a long way!.
The brewing of this sauce includes whole Key
Lime that gives a distinctly bright flavor to the
smokey roasted Habanero, Caribbean and Ghost
peppers. A few drops of this sauce adds a great
smokey addition of heat to salsas and guacamoles
eggs and omelets; fish and shellfish; poultry and
meats; vegetables; soups and stews. It’s a great
addition to dipping sauces and salad dressings of
all kinds.
And don’t forget to try it in Beer and Ales
Pecan wood is used for the smoking of the
peppers. Whole Key Lime and White Balsamic
vinegar adds brightness to this unique smokey
flavor!
You’ve never had a hot sauce like this!

Habanero, Caribbean and Ghost peppers are used with a new process involving my new solar brewer with White Balsamic vinegar and smoking with Pecan wood and finally blended with White Balsamic vinegar with whole Key Limes. Super smokey, bright and SUPER HOT!
